Pressure Washing in Oxnard, CA
Decks, fences, patios, and siding — cleaned and revitalized. Sometimes a wash is all you need.
Cleaning and revitalizing decks, fences, patios, and siding — sometimes a wash is all you need to save on a full paint job. Years of coastal grime, salt air residue, and shade-side mildew build up on Oxnard homes faster than most people expect, and it can make a perfectly good paint job look tired years before it actually needs replacing.
We also use pressure washing as the first real step on every exterior painting job — paint doesn't stick to a dirty or chalky surface, so a proper wash-down before we ever mask or scrape is what makes the finish coat actually last. If you just need the wash without the paint, that's a job on its own too.

Pressure Washing FAQ
Will pressure washing damage my stucco or siding?
Not when it's done right. We adjust pressure and technique by surface — stucco, wood siding, and fencing all get treated differently so we clean without stripping paint or driving water behind the surface.
Can pressure washing replace a full repaint?
Sometimes. If the existing paint or surface is still in good shape and just dirty or faded from grime, a wash can restore the look without a repaint. If the paint is cracking, peeling, or chalking, washing helps but a repaint is still the right call — we'll tell you honestly which situation you're in.
Do you pressure wash before every exterior paint job?
Yes — washing down the surface is a standard first step before exterior painting, since paint doesn't bond well over dirt, chalk, or mildew. It's built into our exterior painting process, not billed as a surprise extra.
What surfaces do you pressure wash?
Decks, fences, patios, siding, and building exteriors. Ask us about your specific surface if it's not listed — most exterior materials can be safely cleaned with the right pressure and approach.
